[T]he members of the Joliet and South Cook chapters have voted to merge with each other and, as of last night’s combined meeting, have voted to call themselves the Will-Cook Chapter with the new chorus name, Knights of Harmony.
A full slate of chapter officers was elected with Lou Gonzales as president and Earl Meseth as past-president. Thursday night meetings will continue to be held in Joliet and Tinley Park. Negotiations are being worked on to locate in a more convenient “half way” meeting place in the future.
A busy Holiday Season of performances during December was announced.
