Registration is open for the Illinois District Fall Convention, which is in Bloomington September 27-29! Register for the convention with Eventbrite. Right now, all-event passes are available via Eventbrite.
Individual tickets to the Friday quartet contest will be sold at the door. Individual tickets to Saturday’s chorus and quartet contests will be available at the BCPA box office.
Who’s gonna win this year? Last year, Linc 182 took home the quartet championship. Mixology earned another mixed quartet blue ribbon. The Sangamon Valley Chord Company won the seniors quartet championship, and the right to represent our district at the Midwinter international convention. The Sound of Illinois chorus qualified to represent us at the International contest — and we had SO MANY great performances from district choruses and quartets.
Be there this year to revel in all the fantastic harmony and artistry, to be the first to find out who wins each contest — and to sing tags and reconnect with lots of friends and fellow barbershoppers.
