2025 District Convention & Contests

Registration for the fall Illinois District Convention is open! It’s going to be a fabulous weekend of singing, fellowship & FUN, so we hope to see YOU in Bloomington on September 26th and 27th!

Register for an all-events ticket/namebadge here:

All competitors will need to go to EventBrite and purchase a registration & pick up your badge on site, as the name badge will serve as your ticket & we’ll be checking. Registrations can be purchased on site per the schedule, but it’ll be more convenient for you to take care of this ahead of time on EventBrite.

Tickets to individual events will be available at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA), where all contest sessions will be held. The address is 600 N East St., Bloomington, IL 61701.

The headquarters hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton, 10 Brickyard Dr., Bloomington, IL 61701. All rooms in our room block are already reserved, so if you don’t have a room yet, we suggest you contact other nearby hotels.

FRIDAY- Sept. 26th

1:00pm House of Delegates Meeting – DoubleTree Hotel – Brookridge room
2:30pm-6:00pm Convention Registration – DoubleTree Hotel – Pre-Function Area
*All competitors must present an all events registration to enter contest stage.
District Historical Display – DoubleTree Hotel – Ironwood Room
3:00pm-5:00pm Tag Room with William Stutts – DoubleTree Hotel – Brookridge room
6:30pm District Quartet and International Quartet Prelim Semi-Finals – BCPA
*Single event tickets sold at the BCPA ticket office.
Evaluations for all quartets not competing in the Saturday Night Finals – Report to judge’s hotel rooms at the DoubleTree Hotel approximately 30 minutes following the end of the Quartet Semi-Finals (see quartet “Scoring Analysis” for schedule).
