Common Issues

The data for my Chapter/Chorus/Quartet is not correct

This data is being pulled from an export from the BHS system. Most likely, this means the data in the BHS system is out of date. You’ll need to update it there and then let us know it’s been updated so we can re-import the data.

Quartets

The main information for the quartets (name and members) pulls directly from the BHS system. The information not stored in the BHS system (website link, image, logo, and social media link) can be updated by us. (Your quartet admin should have received an email giving them instructions on how to update it for this initial update.)
